Our goal is to anticipate your needs in advance rather than simply reacting to calls from clients.  We begin by reviewing the care recipient’s needs through discussions with them, family members and if necessary with health care providers.  At Brethren Home Community Services, we believe character is extremely important, therefore, we run a comprehensive background screening and drug test on each caregiver.  Caregivers must have care giving experience, complete mandatory training, and have a caring, compassionate, personality.
