Every Oakview and Juniper Lane apartment is carpeted, offers a private bath, has three large closets, and several units even include kitchenettes.
Each "neighborhood" offers a large country kitchen with plenty of room to invite your children and grandchildren to join you for lunch, and all of the appliances needed to fix it! A refrigerator and an upright freezer are also available. The kitchen opens to a lovely "porch" area, so cozy and inviting for reading your mail, or wrestling with a jigsaw puzzle, or enjoying a cup of tea with a neighbor.
Generous and welcoming "neighborhood gathering lounges" are centrally located on each floor, with beautiful views of the landscaped grounds and lakes. These inviting gathering areas provide the perfect setting to play a game of cards with friends, or enjoy playing the organ or piano, and what a comfortable place to read or write letters. Oakview and Juniper Apartments offer relaxed retirement living.
You may choose to have 3 delicious meals in our restaurant-style dining room, or choose to have 1 or 2—it’s up to you. You choose what suits you! Amenities included in our affordable monthly rate include emergency call system, a full calendar of events and so much more! Other services are available a la carte and include
medication administration, assistance with bathing, woundcare, linen change, etc.
A lovely Chapel, library, beauty / barber shops, bank, and gift shop are located on site. Flower gardens, ponds, and paved walking paths surround Oakview and Juniper Apartments to create a truly beautiful setting. Priority access to health services assured, if the need arises. Affordable monthly rental with no endowment or entrance fee.
