Chestnut Village is Expanding
Brethren Retirement Community is pleased to announce that Chestnut Village will be expanding our 72 home independent living community to accommodate 4 more homes. This is a wonderful opportunity to join our family and live in a newly constructed home. With all of our homes, you have the chance to add your personal touches to this already beautiful home and enjoy the active lifestyle at Chestnut Village. For more information on Chestnut Village or to schedule your personal tour, call Betty Birt at 547-7647.

Since 1902, Brethren Retirement Community has faithfully devoted itself to care for those who cared for you.  You can take comfort in knowing that when you can't be with your loved one, we are.  We strive to create a Christ-like, resident-centered atmosphere of comfort, security and peace of mind while delivering excellent, compassionate care.  We are a team of professionals committed to providing quality care while promoting creativity, innovation and excellence in our respective areas.

Most recently recognized as the Best Nursing Home and Assisted Living in Darke County, Brethren Retirement Community's 45-acre campus includes garden homes, assisted living apartments, skilled nursing care, short-term and outpatient rehabilitation services, non-medical home care and an adult day center.

In 2009, Brethren Home Community Services was established to provide solutions to age in place.  This allows Brethren Retirement Community to provide non-medical services to independent living residents and the greater community.  With the increased desire by older adults to remain in their own homes this new ministry will help them do just that.
